Dr. Sfeir is a Lawyer at the Beirut and Paris Bar associations. He is a holder of a bachelor degree in private law and a masters degree in Arab countries law from the Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ). Moreover, he holds a masters degree in International business law (LLM) and he joined the arbitration law program (DEA) at the Saint Joseph University of Beirut (USJ).
He is the author of several articles in law and politics that were published in different international and local magazines and newsletters, namely le Figaro and L’Orient le jour. Dr. Sfeir held many interviews on different media channels relating to law and public affairs.
- Professor of International Law in several universities.
- Lecturer in many international legal and banking conferences.
- Member of the national UNESCO commission.
- Counsel before the international criminal court in The Hague.
- He masters three languages: French, English and Arabic.
- He is a holder of double nationality: Canadian and Lebanese.
