Me Noémie Raza has been practicing law in the area of conflict prevention and resolution with PRDSA since 2012.
She performs mediation mandates for public and private organizations in the fields of psychological harassment and civil litigation. She also frequently acts as an independent evaluator and investigator for the firm in cases related to psychological harassment and problematic situations occurring in a work environment, such as interpersonal and intragroup conflicts. Furthermore, she has worked on revising different organizational policies regarding psychological harassment. She also provides training to executives and employees aimed at raising awareness about issues such as psychological harassment, incivility and conflicts.
Me Raza holds a law degree from the University of Montreal. She is an accredited mediator by the Quebec Bar and the Court of Quebec in the areas of civil, commercial and labor law. Me Raza is currently a candidate for the master’s program in Dispute prevention and resolution offered by the Faculty of Law of the University of Sherbrooke.
