Me Draganova practices law with The Canadian Law Office Inc. Her areas of expertise include commercial, corporate and transactional law, private international law as well as civil and commercial litigation. Furthermore, Me Draganova is active within the Canadian Bar Association, the Research and legislation Committee of the Young Bar Association of Montreal and Montreal’s business community.
Member of the Quebec Bar since 2012, Me Draganova holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil law (LL.B.), a master’s degree in International law (LL.M.) from University of Montréal, and a master’s degree in Bulgarian law and International relations (LL.M.) from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (Bulgaria). She is presently completing a Juris Doctor North American Common law program. She is fluent in French, English, Bulgarian and Russian.
Before joining the firm, Me Draganova has been a research assistant in several major projects at University of Montréal (CRDP, CDIM) and at McGill University (CDIDD, Hans & Tamar Oppenheimer Chair in public international law). She has worked for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Bulgaria and has completed an internship at the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) in Geneva.
Certified corporate director by the Collège des administrateurs de sociétés, Me Draganova sits on the Board of Directors of Jacques de Champlain Fondation, a charitable organization of which the mission consists in improving resuscitation care and advancing medical research in the cardiovascular field in the province of Quebec.
